发明名称 PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC SINTERED BODY SUPERCONDUCTING AT HIGH TEMPERATURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic sintered body superconductive at high temp. and having improved superconductive characteristics by bringing a molded body of powdery starting materials for specified ceramics superconductive at high temp. into contact with the peroxide of an alkaline earth metal and by sintering the molded body in the contact state. CONSTITUTION:A compd. of a rare earth element and a compd. of an alkaline earth metal are dissolved in water or an org. solvent and the prepd. soln. is mixed with a precipitant to form a coprecipitate consisting of the rare earth element and the alkaline earth metal. The prepd. suspension is further mixed with a soln. of a copper compd. and a precipitant to form a coprecipitate and this coprecipitate is washed and dried. The resulting powdery starting materials for ceramics are calcined at 700-950 deg.C, molded, embedded in inorg. powder contg. the peroxide of an alkaline earth metal and sintered by heating to obtain an objective sintered body. The sintering temp. is 750-950 deg.C, preferably 800-920 deg.C.
