PURPOSE:To enable efficient rice cake production of high homogeneity and good quality by conducting exact pounding process by self-weight of the pounder, and rice cake-turning process using the inner mortar and the outer mortar which are rotating independently. CONSTITUTION:The rice cake maker is provided with the mortar body which is composed of the outer mortar 1 receiving the boiled rice, and the inner mortar 2 where these mortars can rotate independently of each other, and with a pounder 3 which can pound the boiled rice into rice cake. The inner mortar 2 is set freely rotatably to the center of the bottom of the outer mortar 1 and connected through the shaft supported with a bearing 4 to pulley and the driving motor 7. The pounder 3 opposing to the inner mortar 2 is connected to the sliding part which vertically reciprocates along the support and an operating lever which can engage with the pounder 3 is set rotatably. Thus, homogeneous rice cake of good quality is produced efficiently. |
