发明名称 INTERPOLATING DEVICE FOR DIGITAL IMAGE
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain image enlargement interpolating processing having rapid, real time and high quality by a simple constitution by connecting respective digital differential analyzers (DDAs) in the main scanning and sub-scanning directions of an image output device and efficiently relating plural image data to interpolating positions. CONSTITUTION:An image memory 7 stores plural image data in integer addresses and increment storing means 14-1, 15-1 store the inverse of an image enlargement ratio as an increment value. Interpolating position information updating means 14-5, 15-5 update interpolating position information by adding the increment value to the interpolating position information expressed by a small number in synchronism with a scanning clock signal of an image output device. A reading address updating means 12 updates the integer number of reading addresses in the image memory 7 in synchronism with a carry signal to an integer part generated by the updating of the interpolating position information. Interpolation image data forming means 16-21 form the interpolating image data of interpolating positions based on plural reading image data surrounding the real number of interpolating positions specified by the integer number of reading addresses and the interpolating position information.
