PURPOSE:To reduce human labors in obtaining and printing out the information of reserving, ticketing and compensation-paying and in additional processing to accompany them by providing a seat management computer, a credit management computer, etc. CONSTITUTION:An applicant inserts an IC card into the slot of communication terminal equipment TERM1, operates keys, composes a communication line between a communication control device 20 and the terminal, and executes the application of a seat. The device 20 instructs a seat management computer 30 to retrieve the applied seat, retrieved information and a reservation code are transmitted to the TERM1, and they are written onto the IC card. The card is inserted into the slot of a printing terminal CKP1 in the vicinity, the CKP1 reads the information of the IC card, the information of a first kind (seat specification information) and the information of a second kind (fare information) are printed out, and they are transmitted to a credit management computer 50 along with a card ID. Thus, a seat ticket can be obtained, simultaneously, a credit adjustment can be executed, and the human labors in the processing from the acceptance of the seat reservation up to the ticketing can be reduced. |
