<p>PURPOSE:To offer safe 3rd party charging service by collating it with a charging transfer destination as to whether or not the 3rd party accepts the charging at every call. CONSTITUTION:When a call packet from a caller subscriber A is received by a node 11, whether or not the subscriber A is the 3rd party charging registration subscriber is detected from a subscriber data 14 relating to the subscriber A. The detection result shows the 3rd party charging registration subscriber, then a header transfer section 20 transfers the received packet toward a node 12 accommodating a charging destination subscriber C as a collation packet. The node 12 receiving the collation packet retrieves a charging collation list from the subscriber data 15 and describes the result in the facility field 8 of the collation packet and returns the result to the node 11. The node 11 discriminates whether the call request of the caller subscriber A is accepted or rejected based on a reply packet by a discrimination section 21.</p> |
