摘要 PURPOSE: To stabilize the adaptability of a living thing and at the same time improve reproducibility by limiting the average diameter of a colloidal metal particle contained in an aggregate for determining a substance that can be bound to a specific range. CONSTITUTION: The average diameter of a colloidal metal particle is set to 0.8-2nm, thus preparing an aggregate for determining a bindable substance that contains a specifical binding factor for the colloidal metal particle and a bindable substance. The aggregate thus prepared has a capacity for penetrating into a standard biological sample, especially a low-temperature cut piece and a chemical immobilized complete cell, thus obtaining a detection system with reproducibility based on the ultra-thin colloidal metal particle with stable biological adaptability.
