<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly carry out conversion to a desired posture by supporting a frame body for holding parts by means of mutually perpendicularly intersecting two shafts, making each shaft invertible, and selectively revolving the two shafts. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 8 for holding a workpiece is rotatably installed on a yoke 9 through a vertical shaft 1 while the yoke 9 is rotatably installed on a horizontal shaft 2. The pulley 6 of the vertical shaft 1 and the pulley 5 of the horizontal shaft 2 are installed being perpendicularly intersecting to each other so that the axial directions thereof can be converted by means of a pair of pulleys 7. When a gear 3 is 180 deg. rotated, the vertical shaft 1 is 180 deg. rotated through a transmission rope 10. As a gear 4 is 180 deg. rotated, the yoke 9 is 180 deg. rotated also rotating the frame body 8 at 180 deg. due to the rotation of the pulley 6 on its axis. Hence, as the gears 3, 4 are 180 deg. rotated in the same direction, the rotations on their axes are offset and the frame body 8 is 180 deg. rotated centering around the horizontal shaft 2. Thus, by selecting the rotation of the gears 3, 4 to selectively rotate the horizontal and vertical shafts 2, 1, a desired posture of the workpiece can be obtained.</p> |
