The cover has a base portion having a height and a raised portion having a height, the height of the raised portion is greater than the height of the base portion, and the height of the raised portion gradually decreases as the raised portion approaches the outer ends of the cover.

1. A wiper blade having two ends, two longitudinal sides, a top side, and a bottom side, the wiper blade comprising:
a cover disposed on the top side of the wiper blade, the cover having two longitudinal sides, two outer ends and a top surface, wherein
the cover is disposed on the top side of the wiper blade;the top surface of the cover has a base portion having a height and a raised portion having a height wherein the height of the raised portion is greater than the height of the base portion;the height of the raised portion gradually decreases as the raised portion approaches the outer ends of the cover; andwherein the raised portion has an apex that merges with the base portion before the outer ends of the cover such that multiple cross-sections of the top surface of the cover have a substantially geometrically similar cross-sectional profile along a length of a longitudinal axis that is parallel to the two longitudinal sides of the cover until the apex merges with the base portion, and wherein the base portion has a substantially constant height.
