PURPOSE:To realize the quick analysis, estimation, etc., of stock price data by reading this data directly out of the stock prices listed on a newspaper and performing the analysis, estimation, etc., of the stock price data. CONSTITUTION:A stock price list 4 shown on a newspaper 2 is directly read by an optical reader 6 which is connected electrically to a computer 8. The computer 8 analyzes the stock price data received from the reader 6 and then estimates the stock prices. When the list 4 is read by the reader 6, a framework for display of stock prices is used so that the stock price data can be smoothly read. |
