Following the above, a semiconductor control conducting element 6 is conducted, and a sub-coil 2 is supplied with current by an energy stored in the main coil 1. Accordingly, the movable core 5 is shifted to an opposed position 15. When the movable core 5 is detected by a position detector 31, a positional signal is applied to a return signal terminal 32, and the movable core 5 is returned.
