摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent the impairment of a thin-plate material, by conducting an arithmetic processing of a bending moment and a load which are detected, by determining a tensile force distribution of the thin-plate material and by detecting the shape of the thin-plate material from the tensile force distribution thereof. CONSTITUTION:The shapes of cantilever shafts 4 and 5 are changed in bending by the tensile force of a thin-plate material 9 passing on rollers 6A, 6B and 7A, 7B. Next, in load cells 12 and 13, vertical loads FD and FW on the drive side and the operation side applied on a support frame 1 are detected. In strain gages 14A, 15A and 14B, 15B on the inside and outside, bending moments MD1, MW1 and MD2, MW2 applied on the shafts 4 and 5 by the tensile force of the plate material 9 are detected. Then, detection signals FW, FD, MD1, MD2, MW1 and MW2 of the cells 12, 13 and the gages 14A to 15B are sent to a computation-display device 16. In an addition processing circuit 17 the entire tensile force of the plate material 9 is calculated by the addition of FW+FD, while in a subtraction processing function 18 a leveling control of a rolling machine is conducted by the subtraction of FW-FD. In a tensile force distribution computing function 19, the tensile force distribution of the plate material 9 is determined by using each detection signal.</p>
