PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device by providing a driver IC and electronic circuit parts to compose the driving circuit of a cylinder to the stator part of a cylinder motor. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft 9 is fixed to a lower cylinder 8, and a disk 6 is rotably fitted to the main shaft 9. A rotor case 3 of the cylinder motor is fixed onto the lower surface of the disk 6. The cylinder 8 is made to work as the stator yoke of the cylinder motor. A stator substrate 15, in which a wiring pattern is executed, is fixed inside the cylinder 8, and a driver IC 10, a coil 16 for driving, and a hole element 17 are arranged on the substrate 15 in being opposite to a rotor magnet 1. Further, to the substrate 15, a flexible substrate 18 for connecting a circuit is fitted in an outer circumferential part. Thus, a rotary cylinder device can be miniaturized. |
