PURPOSE:To improve a signal transmission speed by incorporating filler made of crystalline state and glass of amorphous state therein, and specifying the particle sizes of the filler and the glass to specific values or below. CONSTITUTION:Filler or crystalline state and glass of amorphous state are contained, the particle size of the filler is 0.5mum or below, and the particle size of the glass is 2.5mum or below. Thus, the irregularities of a laminated layer deformation amount, firing deformation amount, firing shrinkage can be suppressed to low values, an upper thick film moldability is improved, the resistance value of an inner conductor is suppressed to a low value, and a signal transmission speed can be improved. |
