摘要 A method for manufacturing an organic electronic element according to one aspect of the present invention has: a step in which a coating film is formed by coating a substrate 10 with a coating liquid containing a material having a crosslinkable group; and a step in which the coating film 23a is heated by being irradiated with infrared light, and the crosslinking group is crosslinked, such that an organic thin film is formed as an organic functional layer 23. The coating film has an absorption peak at any wavelength in a first wavelength range, 1.2 μm to 5.0 μm. The maximum radiation intensity of the infrared light in the wavelength range 1.2 μm to 10.0 μm is at any wavelength in the first wavelength range. At least 80% of the total radiation energy of the infrared light in the wavelength range 1.2 μm to 10.0 μm is included in the first wavelength range.
