CONTROLLER USED UNDER ENVIRONMENT OF RADIANT RAY

PURPOSE:To predict a fault occurrence period at every hardware unit by monitoring the bombed quantity of a radiant ray at every hardware unit (board) which constitutes a controller and which can be exchanged. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 6 outputs a signal corresponding to the bombed and accumulated quantity of the radiant ray. Since the sensor 6 is integrated at every hardware unit which constitutes the controller and which can be exchanged, the influence of the radiant ray can be accumulated and reflected even if every hardware unit loading the sensor 6 is affected by the radiant ray under any conditions. When the output signal of the sensor 6 reaches a prescribed level, a signal conversion means 7 monitoring the output signal outputs the signal to an arithmetic processing unit. The processing of exchange and repair can be executed for the hardware unit before a fault occurs in it.
