A backlight module (100) comprising an optical film set (20), a light guide plate (3), and a reflective sheet (4). The optical film set (20) comprises a first prism sheet (21). The first prism sheet (21) comprises a display area (211), two sidewalls (212), and a junction area (213). The display area (211) and the reflective sheet (4) are arranged opposite. The sidewalls (212) are formed by the display area (211) extending downwards. The sidewalls (212) are connected between the display area (211) and the junction area (213) to form an accommodating space. The light guide plate (3) and the reflective sheet (4) are stacked on each other and arranged within the accommodating space. Also, the light guide plate (3) is arranged between the reflective sheet (4) and the optical film set (20). The reflective sheet (4) is arranged between the light guide plate (3) and the junction area (213). By extending and dividing the first prism sheet (21) into multiple areas, the first prism sheet (21) can be bent to fix the light guide plate (3) and the reflective sheet (4), thus solving the technical problem of the overall thickness of a backlight module being overly thick, achieving the technical effect of a narrow edge frame design implemented by reducing the overall thickness of the backlight module (100). |
