A safety mechanism (100) for a remaining needle (10) and the remaining needle (10) with the safety mechanism (100). The remaining needle (10) comprises a hollow handle (20) and a needle holder (32) that is at least partially located in the handle (20) and is used for receiving a puncture needle (31). The safety mechanism (100) comprises: a clamping platform (28) disposed on the inner side of the hollow handle (20);at least one elastic arm (35) disposed on the needle holder (32) and being open towards the outside in a radial direction, a tail part of the elastic arm (35) having an engagement portion (36) that protrudes in the radial direction and is used for connection with the clamping platform (28); and a button (110), disposed at a dismal part of the handle (20). When the button (110) is pressed, the button (110) is pushed inwards to the elastic arm (35) along the radial direction, so that the engagement portion (36) of the elastic arm (35) is disengaged from the clamping platform (28), and meanwhile, by means of the vacuum inside the hollow handle (20), the needle holder (32) and the puncture needle (31) extending out of the handle (20) retract into the hollow handle (20). |
