摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the blocking resistance of an ink medium by adding a specific amount of at least one kind of an aliphatic compound selected from aliphatic alcohol, fatty acid amide and fatty acid ester to a current supply resistance layer. CONSTITUTION:0.1-10wt.% of at least one kind of an aliphatic compound selected from aliphatic alcohol, fatty acid amide and fatty acid ester is contained in a current supply resistance layer. As the aliphatic compound of this kind, the following ones can be designated. That is, lauryl alcohol and oleyl alcohol are designated as aliphatic alcohol, and lauramide and stearamide are designated as fatty acid amide, and ester of fatty acid and monovalent lower alcohol or diester of fatty acid and dihydric glycol is designated as fatty acid ester. Since this aliphatic compound is well-balanced between the oleophilic and hydrophilic polar groups thereof, the dispersibility of carbon black in a binder resin is well and said carbon black can be also dispersed in a molecular state. When the addition amount of carbon black is 0.1wt.% of less, no effect of blocking resistance is confirmed and, when said addition amount exceeds 10wt.%, the close adhesiveness with a support layer and mechanical strength being the fundamental characteristics of the resistance layer are lowered.
