PURPOSE:To quickly convert respective data in an input format into data in a reference format in accordance with specified transaction processing by defining input formats of transactions such as sales, stocking and adjustment and two kinds or more previously fixed reference formats by a defining means. CONSTITUTION:Respective transactions such as sales, stocking and adjustment are roughly sorted into transactions relating to business e.g. or transactions relating to transfer by a defining means 13 and correspondence between reference words in a reference format 27 corresponding to the roughly sorted transaction at the rate of 1 to 1 and the input words of individual transaction input formats is defined by the defining means 13 in each transaction. In practical transaction processing, which processing is to be executed is specified and data corresponding to input words are successively inputted from an input means by an input format based upon the specification. Thereby, a conversion means 1 is started and input data are converted into data in the reference format based on correspondence between the input words previously defined in each transaction by the defining means 13 and the reference words. |
