A cooking apparatus comprising a rotary pot body (1); a force-applying structure (11) provided within the pot body (1) and capable of driving food items to rotate with the pot body (1); a driving apparatus (2) used for driving the pot body (1) into rotation; a heating source (3) used for heating the food items delivered into the pot body (1); and a control apparatus used for controlling the driving apparatus (2) to drive the pot body (1) into rotation, allowing the food items to be attached to the pot wall of the pot body (1) and to make continuous 360° circular motions around the rotation axis of the pot body (1) under the effect of the force-applying structure (11), and controlling the heating source (3) to heat the food items while the food items are making the circular motions. |
