A system and method of preventing data corruption during power-on/power-off of a serial peripheral interface (SPI) flash. The system is arranged between a system power supply and the SPI flash and comprises a power supply sampling module (1), a power-up voltage processing module (2), a power-down voltage processing module (3) and a combinational logic module (4). The power supply sampling module (1) is connected to the system power supply, the power-up voltage processing module (2), and the power-down voltage processing module (3), respectively. The system power supply, the power-up voltage processing module (2) and power-down voltage processing module (3) are both connected to the combinational logic module (4); and in turn, the combinational logic module (4) is connected to the SPI flash. When a power-up voltage of the system power supply is less than a power-up reference voltage or a power-down voltage of the system power supply is less than a power-down reference voltage, the SPI flash is configured to be in a write protect state. The system and method of preventing data corruption during power-on/power-off of the SPI flash address data corruption risk owing to a power-on/power-off noise, and adaptably configure, on the basis of different systems, protection periods triggered by power-up or power-down, increasing stability of the system. |
