An autonomous mobile device and a wireless charging system thereof. The wireless charging system comprises an autonomous mobile device and a wireless charging station. The wireless charging station comprises a wireless charging transmitting terminal (1801; 110a; 1; 110b). The autonomous mobile device comprises: a wireless charging receiving terminal (1300; 120a; 2; 130b), wherein the wireless charging transmitting terminal transmits a charging signal to the wireless charging receiving terminal, so as to transmit electric energy; a rechargeable battery (1200; 140a; 150b) electrically connected to the wireless charging receiving terminal to receive electric energy transmitted by the wireless charging receiving terminal; a wireless charging positioning module (140) that determines whether the autonomous mobile device is located at a charging position; a driving module (1904) that drives the autonomous mobile device to move; and a control module, which is connected to the wireless charging positioning module and the driving module, and controls the driving module when the wireless charging positioning module determines that the autonomous mobile device is located at the charging position, so that the autonomous mobile device is parked at the charging position. The autonomous mobile device and the wireless charging system thereof can avoid the undesired phenomena such as pole piece oxidation and electric leakage that occur in wired charging.
