发明名称 OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable multivalued recording of information by sequentially providing a thin film of an organic matter as a first layer, a second layer comprising particulates of a metallic compound and particulates of a metal, and a thin film of a dielectric as a third layer, on a base, to produce an optical information recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A recording film 15 comprising a laminate of a thin film 12 of an organic matter as a first layer, a thin film 13 of a mixture comprising particulates of a compound selected from the group consisting of a metallic oxide, a metallic nitride, a metallic carbide, a metallic sulfide and a metallic boride, particulates of a metal and a thin film of an organic matter as a second layer, and a thin film 14 of a dielectric as a third layer is provided on a base 11 to produce an optical information recording medium 10. The recording medium thus obtained can be provided with projected deformed parts 17, called bubbles, by setting the power of a recording laser beam to be low, and can be provided with hole parts 18, called holes, by setting the power to be high. Thus, the recording medium is capable of multivalued recording of information.
