<p>PURPOSE:To hold antifogging properties for a long period by irradiating both a polymer and a hydrophilic monomer incorporated in the surface of a supporting film with electron beams to form a hydrophilic film having a specified thickness or more. CONSTITUTION:When a hydrophilic film is formed, a hydrophilic monomer is added to a polymer. Composition uncontaining a solvent is regulated to proper viscosity by heating method, etc., and thereafter applied on a supporting film. After it is applied, a specular film is laminated thereon and irradiated with electron beams to form the hydrophilic film having a thickness of 30mum or more. Thereby even when the thickness is regulated to 30mum or more, the sur face state can be made good. Furthermore the surface state can be made to a required state such as a specular state by performing irradiation with electron beams in such a state that the film is stuck on the surface. Therefore the abso lute amount of water drawn into the film can be increased and antifogging performance can be improved.</p> |
