<p>PURPOSE:To perform discrimination by a response device or a response device group by differentiating the degree of the higher harmonic of the question carrier wave or energy wave becoming the carrier wave of a response signal. CONSTITUTION:When a question signal wave of frequency f2 and an energy wave of frequency f1 are transmitted to the first response device 13-1 from a question device 1, a response signal using the second higher harmonic 2f1 of the energy wave as a carrier wave is transmitted from the device 13-1 to the device 1 and demodulated through the antenna 9-1, BPF 10-1, low noise block decremental converter 11-1 and detection circuit 12-1 of the device 1. Next, when said question signal wave and said energy wave are transmitted from the device 1 to the second response device 13-2, a response signal using the third higher harmonic 3f1 of the energy wave as a carrier wave is transmitted from the device 13-2 to be received by the antenna 9-2 of the device 1. By this method, a discrimination code is unnecessary and discrimination can be performed individually or by a response device group.</p> |
