PURPOSE:To perform easy design, production, field adjustment, and maintenance without computer knowledge by providing an estimate model generating part which generates a diagram indicating connection relations of equipments. CONSTITUTION:When an observation value estimating device 1 receives a start signal S0, an input data processing part 2 reads in (m) observation values X1 to Xm from an input group 10 and obtains technical values Y1 to Ym after A/D conversion. In the case of receiving a start signal S1 from the processing part 2, an observation value estimating operation part 8 receives data Y1 to Ym and coefficient matrixes A and B according with a prescribed formula from an estimate model generating part 7. Observation values Y1 to Ym are used to obtain estimate values Y'1 to Y'm in accordance with another prescribed formula. In the case of receiving a command signal S2 from the operation part 8, an estimate value output part 9 receives estimate values Y'1 to Y'm and performs D/A conversion. When the conversion processing is terminated, estimate values X'1 to X'm of observation values are automatically supplied to an output group 11. Hereafter, the processing is continued in the same manner at a certain sampling period, and observation values are outputted to an output group 11. |
