The process breeds effectively the fry of freshwater fish using drain water from the eel farm. The process includes a freshwater eel farm (1), fry breeding farm (5) connected with water supply pipelines (2) (6), drain pipelines (3)(7). Two breeding farms are joined by connecting pipe (8) with switching valve (9). Waste water from eel farm (1) supplies floating organisms such as plankton and microbe and supplements the earthworm secretion to the fry breeding farm (5).
