PURPOSE:To improve image quality of a recorded image by consisting a recording medium supporting roller of ferromagnetic body, and specifying the relationship of the distance between a diameter of the recording medium supporting roller and a magnetic roller. CONSTITUTION:The recording medium supporting roller 2a, which supports a recording medium 1 to come close to a recording electrode 4, consists of the ferromagnetic body. Then the diameter D of the recording medium supporting roller 2a is made at least D>=2L against the distance L between the magnetic poles of the magnetic roller 6 (between adjacent N and S poles). In this case, the magnetic poles magnetically attracted to the recording medium supporting roller 2a become a multiple number, and the change in magnetic power from an alternating field of the magnetic roller 6 is eliminated by each other, deterring oscillation. Thus, image quality can be improved. |
