PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light scattering film, having sufficient light scattering characteristics and on which an element having excellent characteristics can be formed, by a simple production method.SOLUTION: A light scattering film 10 is constituted by laminating a fine particle layer 12, and a transparent conductive film 13 on a substrate 11. The fine particle layer 12 is formed by dispersing and sintering multiple kinds of fine particle on the substrate 11. One kind of fine particle contains silica fine particles having average grain size in the range from 100 nm to 5 μm. Preferably, other component to be mixed therewith is ZnO fine particles having average grain size of 50-500 nm. Preferably, SOG is used as a binder 123. |
