PROTECTIVE COATING FOR SURFACE TREATMENT OF HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC DEVICES' FROM METALLIC ALLOYS STATIC AND PULL-OUT COMPONENTS

The protective coating preserves the equipment parts of metal alloys against the emergence of mechanical inflammable sparks and extends their service life in production or the refurbishment of the parts. The surface treatment of the equipment hydraulic and pneumatic parts of steel or aluminium alloys is made by fire spraying, preferably by plasma-spraying the multi-component metal material on the surface of the relevant parts pre-treated by blasting to a roughness of Ra 6 to l2 μm. The essence is based on the fact that the coating in question contains 70 to 97 mass % of the hard metal component and 3 to 30 mass % of the mild metal component with a layer thickness between 0.1 and 0.8 mm. The hard metal coating component consists of 45 to 95 mass % of Ni, 0 to 50 mass % of Cu and 3 to 20 mass % of Cr, Si, C, Sn, Mo, Fe, namely either individually or mutually combined, and its micro-roughness reaches a HV of 0.04 600 to 1300. The mild metal coating component consists of between 45 and 95 mass % of the Cu, 2 and 50 mass % of Ni, 1 and 10 mass % of Sn, 3 and 10 mass % of Cr, Si, Fe, Mo, either individually or mutually combined, and its micro-roughness reaches HV 0.04 200 to 450.
