EQUIPMENT FOR SHEETS AND PROFILES FORMING BY MEANS OF BENDING

The purpose of this solution is to interconnect into one machine an equipment for collaring and stretching a cut metal sheet (7) and profile onto a last (3) with the pre-stretching of a formed material above a slide limit and piling steel wires of an aircraft control by stretching. The essence of this solution is using the area of the machine for the placement of swinging arms with a draw-back type spring collet (5) along both sides of the moving slide (2) with the last (3). The size of the machine diminishes by placing pre-stretching cylinders (6) next to the draw back type spring collet (5) and stretchers (23) of the profile (24) and transmission of power over the guiding yokes (10). For stretching wires, a drive of the slide (2) is used on which rollers (21) for the wire are fixed. The solution concerns the equipment for reduction of time loss during the last (3) exchange of the profile (24) stretchers (23) and draw-back type spring collet (5) of the metal sheets. The connection of the draw back type spring collet (5) and stretchers (23) onto the pre-stretching cylinders (6) is manual - through a connection pin, while the hose (28) for the draw-back type spring collet (5), stretchers (23) and chuck (19a, 19b) control of the wires are permanently connected to the hydraulic drive (29) and the manual control of the machine through the switching distributor (30).<IMAGE>
