PURPOSE:To certainly detect a weak current at a remote area, by monitoring the integrated consumption quantity or time when the consumption quantity per predetermined time is a predetermined value or less and remotely transmitting the same when the aforementioned integrated consumption quantity or time becomes a set value or more. CONSTITUTION:When the integrated quantity of an integrating counter 10 during a measuring period is smaller than the set value of a flow rate lower limit value setting circuit 14, an adder 18 is operated by the pulse signal from a timer 12 and the integrated quantity of the integrating counter 10 is integrated and stored in a flow rate integrating memory 19. The value of the flow rate integrating memory 19 is compared with the set value of a setting circuit 21 by a comparing circuit 20 and, when the value of the flow rate integrating memory 19 becomes the set value or more, this result is outputted to a display part 7 or a memory 27. The output of an integrating counter 16 is stored in the memory 27 and, if necessary, a telegram message assembling circuit 29 and a modem 30 are controlled by a transmission control circuit 28 to perform remote transmission. |
