PURPOSE:To provide the title seasoning capable of mitigating the sourness of organic acids and of improving the taste of non-calorie-diet food, containing high-purity miraculin as effective component. CONSTITUTION:High-purity miraculin obtained by extracting the flesh of Richardella Dulcifica with a sodium chloride solution is made, either directly or through addition of e.g. a shaping agent or diluent thereto, into the objective seasoning in the form of a spray, ampule, chewing gum, etc. This seasoning is added to powdery acetic acid, various foods or L-ascorbic acid to mitigate their sourness. |
