PURPOSE:To obtain the title food by incorporating medicinal carrot into a processed food predominant in soybean to effect enabling the effective component to be taken without virtually feeling the bitterness inherent in the medicinal carrot. CONSTITUTION:The objective food can be obtained by incorporating (A) a processed food predominant in soybean such as soybean-curd or fried bean curd with (B) >=1 (pref. 3-10)wt.%, on a dry basis of the medicinal carrot, based on the raw material soybean, of the root, callus, extract therefrom, dried powder, etc. |
