PURPOSE:To obtain a processed food of hen's egg preventing drip of product, having smooth texture, good luster and clear yellow by adding rice starch to the processed food of hen's egg during production thereof. CONSTITUTION:In producing a processed food of hen's egg such as eggroll, DASHIMAKI or pot-steamed hotchpotch by a conventional procedure, rice starch optionally chemically, physically or enzymatically treated is added to a raw material. |
