PURPOSE:To obtain a calcium supplying agent for food effective for providing with calcium as an ion to be readily absorbed in human body together with a phosphate by using both a calcium phosphate component and a carboxylic acid component as main components. CONSTITUTION:A calcium phosphate component in a solid state, preferably in a powdery state comprising at least one selected from alpha-type tricalcium phosphate and tetracalcium phosphate is blended with an aqueous solution of a carboxylic acid component comprising at least one selected from citric acid, malic acid, gluconic acid and lactic acid and solidified. |
