<p>PURPOSE:To confirm outline of a picture data received automatically quickly by storing address information of a picture data received automatically into a memory able to store even at main power failure and displaying the address information on a monitor or printing it out after restoration of power. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 9 identifies whether or not a directory is added to a received picture data at the sender side already, and when the directory is added, the directory is written from the address Mo of a nonvolatile memory 23. When the directory is not added, the directory representing received year date, received time and a sender or the like is added to the picture data and the resulting data is written in the nonvolatile memory 23. Then the microcomputer 9 sends the received picture data to an external data storage device 30 via an input output circuit 22 together with the directory. Thus, the picture data reached automatically is stored in a very short time and the outline of the picture data received automatically is quickly confirmed.</p> |
