<p>PURPOSE:To make correct corrections even if a correction coefficient varies with time by adding a specific value in a memory event time a detector detects a radiation incidence event. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of detectors 21 in a detection ring 2 at the periphery of a sample 1 are led to a simultaneous counting circuit 3. The circuit 3 detects the incidence of radiation by two detectors 21 at the same time. Every time the circuit 3 generates an output, a multiplier 4 multiplies the output by a correction coefficient found by a correction coefficient calculating circuit 7 at regular intervals under the control of a CPU 6. The value is added in a corresponding address of a memory 5. Then data is obtained after measurement time, the data is sent to the CPU 6 to perform image reconstitution arithmetic and a distribution image of RI(radioactive isotope) in a sample 1 is obtained as a tomographic image.</p> |
