PURPOSE:To prevent the hand of a non-woven cloth of superior touch from getting deteriorated by specifying the minimum diameter of a needle forming holes continuously on a sheet between a needle roll and a back-up roll and the root diameter and the height from an end to a root when the needle bites in and specifying the heating temperature of the needle. CONSTITUTION:When a non-woven cloth is used as a leakage prevention sheet, a hole 10 is formed on the non-woven cloth by putting through a non-woven raw sheet 1A between a needle roll 61 having a number of needles 60 on the outer peripheral surface and a back-up roll 62. A heater is buried in the needle roll 61 of the needle 60 and heated up to the given temperature. The needle 60 can bite into the back-up roll 62. The shape of the needle is tapered conical, and when the minimum diameter is specified as (d), the root diameter D of the needle 60 when the needle 60 bites in is made (1.1-3.0) d, and the height H from the end of the needle 60 to the root is (h + 2) mm or more of the sheet thickness (h), and H:D is made 4:1-6:5. The heating temperature T deg.C of the needle is made (t - 20)<=T<t in the relationship of the melting point t deg.C of the non-woven cloth sheet. |
