PURPOSE:To obtain a composite ceramic component with a laminated ceramic substrate by a method wherein a composite ceramic material is formed with the mixed sintered body having permittivity and permeability and containing the ferrite of specific metal oxide and the dielectric compound of specific metal titanate. CONSTITUTION:When the ferrite of metal oxide MFe3O4, having the metal element M containing one or more element selected from manganese, nickel, magnesium, cobalt, zinc and iron, and a mixed sintered body, having a permittivity of 2.0 or higher and permeability of 1 or higher and containing the dielectric compound consisting of one or more groups of barium titanate, titanate and strontium titanate, are used as a composite ceramic material, a chip type LC composite ceramic component, having both capacitor function and induction function, is formed by a lamination substrate without putting together two kinds of lamination substrates. |
