The invention relates to an adjustment drive for a throttle (5) of an internal combustion engine, in which a throttle shaft (2), swivel-mounted in a throttle housing (1), is connected to the throttle. According to the invention it is proposed that the adjustment drive comprise a stator (6, 8) and at least one rotor (7, 11), the stator (6, 8) having a yoke (6) of magnetically conductive material running around the throttle housing and the rotor being connected to the throttle shaft. The adjustment drive is characterised by a design of very simple construction, functions with little wear and takes up little space. <IMAGE>
