The device is for clean atmosphere benches and the like, partic. laminar air flow, sterile, safety benches in which a gas atmosphere with a low content of aerosol (fixed and flaoting particles) is produced by cleaning with separator components, with the cleaned atmosphere being made to flow in the bench with gas transport units. - The separator components for lowering the content of solid and floating particles in the atmosphere in the bench provide electrostatic sepn. and the bench is provided with an ion wind generator as gas transporter for prodn. of gas cleaned electrostatically from aerosol. Electrodes are used, fitted in the bench walls, which are coupled for simultaneous ion wind generation and electrostatic cleaning. |
