PURPOSE:To easily issue an exclusive slip with use of an exclusive slip issuing device of a terminal by performing an issuing task for the exclusive slip via a host and editing a format for each exclusive slip. CONSTITUTION:An input operation is carried out via a keyboard input device 2 of a host in accordance with the screen of a display 1, and the input transaction data 4 is produced via an on-line input processing task 3. The data 4 is inputted to an exclusive slip data editing process 5. In the process 5, a header record part, a detail record part, and a trailer record part are produced on the basis of the format information on an exclusive slip data editing file 6. These produced record parts are outputted to an exclusive slip output file 7 and then sent to an exclusive slip data input file 8 via a communication channel 11. Then an exclusive slip is issued by a printer 10 of an output device via an exclusive slip issuing device 9. Thus it is possible to easily cope with the increase of exclusive slips based on the format editing information on an exclusive slip data editing file. |
