PURPOSE:To form a nozzle hole communicating with a pressure chamber from the beginning thereof by a method wherein an open groove is formed to specify an ink passage and a pressure chamber communicating with a metal wire buried into the parent body of a head body and the metal wire is dissolved away. CONSTITUTION:The parent body 11a of a head body 11 is formed from a metal 3 with a metal wire 9 made of metal A buried thereinto having the section the same as that of a nozzle hole. An open groove is formed to specify ink passages 4, 5 and 6 and a pressure chamber 3 communicating with the metal wire 9 and then the metal B is dissolved at a slow speed while the metal wire 9 is removed with a chemical etching liquid which dissolves the metal A at a fast speed to form a nozzle hole 2a. Then, the open groove is covered with a metal lid. |
