Arranging shaped through channel in solid metal body - e.g. injection moulding hot runner, by forming grooves in side faces of 2 solid blocks and coupling blocks to form channel

A method for arranging at least one specially-shaped through channel in a solid body by the complementary modelling of two side faces of two solid blocks and the forming of grooves in each of these side faces. These grooves possess corresponding forms and when the two blocks are placed together, they form a channel of the required shape. The method is pref. succeeded by the honing of the surfaces of the channel by pulsating a liquid abrasive agent through it to render the desired rheological form.
