PURPOSE: To improve weight control by disposing a gravity feed supply tank connected to compound supply and a gravity feed supply tank on the opposite side of a downstream regulator and disposing a back pressure regulator. CONSTITUTION: The compound 101 flows through a valve controlled by a level sensor 106 built adjacently into the gravity feed tank 107 as a first pressure regulating means. The compound 101 is fed by an inlet 108 to the tank and is drawn out of the tank 107 from the bottom by an outlet 109. The compound flows to a heater 114 through a filter 11, through a drain valve 112 then through a valve 13. A pipeline after the heater 114 is divided to two separate routes in a joining section 115 after use. The pressure and flow rate are controlled by using the pressure and flow rate regulating means on the respective sides of respective nozzles 118A and 118B.
