PURPOSE: To easily replace a sealing member simultaneously by releasing a seal holder at a turning distance for the member at a removal preparing position, and turning the member at a metering roller as a center by its own rotation, thereby effectively sealing a dampening medium tank. CONSTITUTION: A seal holder 3 freely releases a sealing member 2 at a turning distance X at a removal preparing position. And, the member 2 sets a metering roller 6 as a center at the position by its own rotation. The member 2 is supported on a metal ring of the roller 6 in a shape coupling manner. The member 2 is removed from a functional position, and moved to the removal preparing position. To simplify the operation, the member 2 has a grip protrusion 15 directed upward on a region of a side face 2" directed upward. This protrusion 15 is formed with a finger inserting groove 16 at its back surface side. The groove 16 is ended at the horizontal side face 2" in an assembled state. A sealing surface 17 is extended over an angleαof about 90 deg.. In this case, a contact zone 11 is disposed at substantially 1/3 under an angular region of 90 deg..
