PURPOSE:To prevent the shift of wiring positions and occurrence of ineffective time and perform work which achieves an accurate, high productivity by correcting frame positions automatically and enabling this device to perform junction work of wires continuously without giving rise to stopping of a device because of failure of discrimination. CONSTITUTION:A frame equipped with a semiconductor element is supplied and positioning is performed. Then, wiring positions are recognized with a camera. When the above wiring positions are not in agreement with stored model patterns, frame positioning is released and positioning is performed again to recognize. If the number of nonconformity is practiced within the range of 4 times and conformity is obtained once, the positions are corrected automatically and junction work of wires is performed. If the number of nonconformity is practices 5 times and conformity is obtained once, the operation of a device is suspended and the worker of operation confirms errors recognized by this device. After that, alignment is performed by manual operation and the worker may start working again. Frame positions are corrected automatically against failure of discrimination by this procedure, and the connection work of the wires are performed continuously. |
