A transport frame for glass sheets (1) - with a base (2) side portions (3) a rear portion (4), and a locking device (5) for the side locking of the stacked glass sheets (1) in the area of at least one side portion, in which the locking device possesses an adjustable locking bar (6) running transversely to the glass sheets, of which one end at least is attached to an adjustment device, that is pinjointed in the area of a support and can be fixed in the locked position by means of a fixing mechanism (8), characterized in that the adjustment device is constructed as a toggle joint lever system (10, 11), the toggle joint (9) of which can be bent towards the interior of the transport frame, that one end of the locking bar (6) is attached in the region of the toggle joint (9), that the upper lever (10) is attached to a bearing block (13) that is moved on the associated support (7) to adjust the height, and that the bearing block (13) can be fixed at a prescribed height adjustment by the fixing mechanism (8).</p> |
