PURPOSE:To execute recoding of necessary related information and its utilization without taking time, and also, without causing an error by automatically extracting a function between intermediate outcome objects generated in a program developing process, registering it in a data base and retrieving it. CONSTITUTION:While executing a conversation with a tool driver 16 in a com puter system 10, a program developer inputs a necessary object from intermedi ate outcome objects stored in a file system 30 through a desired tool in program developing tools 11 - 14 and generates a new intermediate outcome object by utilizing it. It is outputted to the system 30 again, and also, related information is registered in a data base 20. At the tie of taking out the information accumu lated in the data base 20, a result is offered to the developer through a related information retrieving tool 15 by a conversation with the driver 16. Also, the influence investigation at the time of changing the outcome object and the reconstitution when it is lost can be executed.
